Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If you have already paid and need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours at contact@intellisfera.com.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


Refunds & Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product at contact@intellisfera.com to obtain approval and the return address.

We provide a 100% money-back guarantee for products that arrive defective or damaged during shipping. You may request a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds are not issued if:

The order does not arrive due to factors within the customer’s control (e.g., incorrect shipping address).
